The Manchester Kettlebell Club online training program is based on a macro-cycle model. As your dedicated Coach I will tailor your program to your own personal skill level and make sure that your training is safe, challenging, and manageable for your life, whether you can train everyday or 3 times a week, it doesn’t matter, a programme will be developed to help you become a better lifter. Training for sport is a rewarding experience. It will however not be easy, it will be difficult, but with your commitment your goals will be achieved.
