Again a pretty solid set from Rich. It was spot on with regards to the rpm I set him. We’ve started to up the pace over the past few weeks, which has caused a few issues with fixation but that will be sorted by the time the Championships comes around. I think he’s on for a pretty good resut, if he can hold it together and not go off at to quick a pace.
